Heuchera
Heuchera also known as Coral Bells is the perfect plant for any garden. The leaf color varies by cultivar, but mainly includes various hues of green, gold, pink, purple, amber, and silver. Heuchera, a native American plant forms round mounds with a woody root stock or a crown at their base. Flowers are small bell-shaped that are borne on tall stalks, the flowers can be petal-less on stems that are airy which makes a wonderful cut flower.
Hosta
Hostas are mainly grown for their wide range of size and beauty of their foliage. The miniature hostas grow to only a few inches in diameter, while other cultivars reach 8ft wide or larger. Most plants develop a round shape although some have a vase shape. Hostas are extremely popular despite the fact that the deer love to eat them. They are easy to grow and are shade-tolerant. Their leaves come in a wide range of shapes, colors, sizes and textures and may be solid in color or variegated in different combinations of blue, green, white, and gold.
Iris
Iris blooms in orange, yellow, purple, lilac, blue, pink, white and almost black. Many types have fine foliage, whether short or tall. Most Iris need full sun expect for those like water flag, which likes a watery spot or, the Japanese Iris which thrives in humus-rich soil. The big Bearded Iris is spectacular, as well as the Siberian Iris The Japanese Iris are incredibly beautiful and don’t need constant water to do well. The Louisiana Iris is Native to North America with huge flowers and stunning colors. Iris are extremely easy to grow and so beautiful.
